Take the Stress Out of Meal Prep

I have only had two meals there so far, but I will be going back for more! The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a nice selection of meals but I only bought two since I was just trying them out. Both were delicious and the perfect size for only $6 each. They tasted homemade and I felt like I was doing something good for myself. So nice to just come home and heat one up instead of the shopping, prep, cooking and cleaning of doing it all for myself. So happy I found this place!

The food is delicious. Great price and the portions are great. The cucumber lemon and mint water is to die For. I highly recommend this place.

So I don't normally write reviews on Facebook but I love this place. So affordable for healthy meals already prepared and they come in super cute packaging too. I will say there have been a few things I've ordered that I didn't like but they were things I had decided to try out despite thinking I wouldn't like them to begin with. So happy to have found this service. Helping me get back on track to healthy eating after a few months off. I makes lunch and dinner with a busy schedule for me so much easier. Especially with these cold winter months coming up, It is so nice to come home and be able to heat up a healthy dinner right away!

So this place is pretty great. I'm fat and as a fat gentleman I enjoy eating, which is why I'm fat. Let me tell you though this place has some great tasting,low calorie options and bakes protein based desserts! I don't really care for sweets (yes my previous comments goes against that but I'm serious) but these are great. The wife and I have been food prepping for a few weeks and will continue to at ak.

Can not say enough about Aussies Kitchen! I've tried a few local meal preps and Aussies is the best by far. The meals are delicious and absolutely help with my crazy schedule. The best part.. if you need a slight modification like veggies instead of grains, they're happy to help! This business is 100% there for whatever your needs are; low carb, proteins in bulk, family meals... absolutely amazing. Give yourself a break and give Aussie a try! You will come back week after week.

We order from Aussies Kitchen every week. The food is delicious and always great variety of menu items. Ordering online is very easy, macros provided for all menu items and I love that I have the option to pick up the meals weekly. The bakery items are awesome too. I highly recommend!

I never liked coleslaw till I've had Aussies it's not dripping in mayo or whatever you make coleslaw in and the meals just keep getting better and better I don't even like steak but I like Aussie steak by far I would recommend the entire world to buy their meals here they are awesome

There are many things that are wonderful about Aussie's Kitchen Meal Prep. All the food is absolutely delicious. I am watching my carbs and calories and every single meal shows everything from how many calories and carbs to how much protein, etc. I just had the pleasure of meeting the lady who is in charge of it all and she was so pleasant and helpful. It is rare to find someone who is so busy but takes the time to talk to you. I am so happy that my co worker Rob told me about this place. Now all I have to do is worry about exercising because Aussie takes care of all my meals. Oh and no cooking involved. I just have to warm everything up.

Aussie's meals make life so much easier for the busy bees out there! I've been ordering for about a month now and am so happy I was introduced to this awesome and very affordable service! The best part is that the meals are delish all while being healthy for you too! ((Even my boyfriend enjoys them and he can be quite the picky eater)).
